Who handles your data

Flux Collective AS (org. no. 930383813) is responsible for personal data used to manage its events and ticket sales. Flux Event, operated by Flux Collective AS (org. no. 930 383 813, Norway), provides the ticketing platform and manages platform accounts.

What we collect and why

  • Tickets: your name, email and optional phone number, along with reservations, purchases, payment references, refunds and ticket check-ins. We use these to process orders, email tickets, provide support and manage entry.
  • Accounts: your email, sign-in credentials and profile details to let you sign in and access your tickets. You can also buy tickets without an account.
  • Guestlists: names, invitation email addresses, allocated places, organizer notes and check-in records. These may be provided by you or the person inviting or adding you to the guestlist.
  • Technical data: IP addresses used to limit abusive requests, and diagnostic logs used to investigate errors and keep the service working.

Processing needed to supply tickets and accounts is based on our agreement with you. Event administration, sales reporting and service security rely on legitimate interests; accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations.

Who receives it

Authorized event staff can access the information needed to manage orders and entry. We use Supabase for accounts and data storage, Resend for ticket and invitation emails, and Stripe or Vipps for payments, depending on the payment method available and chosen. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers or security codes. Providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, checkout and payment recovery, ticket access, your theme preference and remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. The app does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Payment providers may use their own cookies for payment security. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings, but this may sign you out or interrupt checkout.

How long we keep it

Retention depends on the purpose: maintaining your account and ticket access, running the event, handling support or disputes, and meeting accounting requirements. You can request deletion; records still needed for legal obligations or unresolved claims may need to be retained.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy where applicable. Contact the organizer for event-related requests: .
