Flux Collective Events

1. About Flux Event

Flux Event is an event management and ticketing platform operated by Flux Collective AS, org. no. 930 383 813, registered in Norway. The seller of tickets for events on this site is Flux Collective AS (org. no. 930383813). Flux Event provides the ticketing platform.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users who browse Flux Event, purchase tickets through Flux Event, or attend events organized by Flux Collective AS. By purchasing a ticket or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ticket Purchases

3.1 Binding Agreement

A ticket purchase constitutes a binding agreement between you and Flux Collective AS. Tickets are valid only upon successful payment and confirmation.

3.2 Pricing and Fees

All prices are shown in NOK and include VAT where applicable. The platform fee is included in the displayed ticket price and deducted from organizer revenue. Payment-provider processing charges are paid separately by the organizer. Flux Event reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with §22(m) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), tickets for events on a specific date or during a specific period are NOT subject to the right of withdrawal.

This means there is no 14-day cancellation right. Our general policy is that no refund is provided unless explicitly stated or required by law.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes

5.1 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Service fees may be non-refundable where they reflect actual costs incurred, unless otherwise required by law. No additional compensation for travel, accommodation, or other expenses is provided unless required by law in the event of cancellation.

5.2 Event Changes

Flux Collective AS reserves the right to make changes to event content, including but not limited to artist lineups, schedules, or program details. Such changes do not in themselves entitle refunds.

Flux Collective AS does not guarantee the appearance of specific artists, performers, or contributors unless explicitly stated as a main act. A refund is only available if the event is cancelled or materially altered in a way that substantially deprives the attendee of the overall event experience, unless otherwise required by law.

5.3 Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, i.e. circumstances beyond reasonable control, Flux Collective AS is not liable for additional compensation beyond refund of the ticket price. A refund of the ticket price will be provided unless otherwise required by law.

6. Ticket Use and Entry

Tickets are personal unless otherwise stated. Tickets can be transferred to another person, but not resold for commercial purposes. In the event of re-selling your ticket, the price of the ticket cannot be higher than the original purchase price as per Norwegian law. Flux Event reserves the right to deny entry in cases of fraudulent tickets, violation of event rules, or intoxication or dangerous behavior. No refund will be given if entry is denied due to user misconduct.

Valid identification may be required for entry. Age limits apply where required by law or venue policy. No refund will be given if entry is denied due to failure to meet such requirements.

7. Code of Conduct

By attending an event hosted and organized by Flux Collective AS, you agree to follow instructions from event staff, respect other attendees, and comply with venue rules. Events may have their own code of conduct, which you agree to follow. Flux Event reserves the right to remove attendees without refund for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flux Collective AS is not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen, indirect or consequential losses, or injuries caused by third parties or by the attendee's own actions or omissions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under Norwegian law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Flux Event (logos, branding, text, media) is the property of Flux Collective AS and may not be used without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

11. Changes to Terms

Flux Event reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes apply from the date published on the website and do not affect completed purchases retroactively.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. We will actively try to resolve disputes as amicably as possible. In the event of a dispute, please contact us at the provided contact email. If still not resolved, disputes are handled by the Norwegian Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Norwegian Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget) where applicable, and ultimately handled by Norwegian courts, with venue in Oslo tingrett.
